<p>    Simple scripts to convert FLAC to MP3, WMA to MP3, and MP4 to MP3 are available in the downloads section.  However, as one astute viewer pointed out, the &#8216;SoundKonverter&#8217; application for KDE does all this and preserves metadata, so it may be a better idea to use those.  Nonetheless I have posted the ugly scripts I once wrote for those purposes (because I said I would).  Click below to get to the presentation and the scripts.
